The Somali Statistics and Research Institute (SOSARI) is a legally registered, independent, Somali-led, not-for-profit, and multidisciplinary think-do-tank research and policy institution committed to advancing evidence-based decision-making at national, regional, and global levels. Officially recognized by the Federal Government of Somalia, the institute provides integrated services in applied research, statistical analysis, capacity strengthening, and technical advisory and consultancy. SOSARI produces high-quality, policy-relevant evidence to inform public policy, enhance humanitarian and development interventions, and drive sustainable socio-economic transformation.

Through its multidisciplinary expertise, SOSARI contributes to improved governance systems, strengthened public health outcomes, inclusive economic development, and enhanced social wellbeing across diverse contexts and communities.
